The right positioning is a blueprint for accelerating growth, but it won’t work if you don’t follow it. This option starts with a four-day positioning workshop and working together to develop a new strategic narrative and messaging strategy. Implementing your positioning requires not just a new strategic narrative and messaging document but ensuring that everything from product development to marketing campaigns and sales outreach reinforces the right context for your product.
If you’re worried about getting distracted or unsure you’ll be able to implement the positioning we’ve developed during a workshop, I can continue to work with you on in an advisory role.
One person in the company — usually the CEO or COO — will have unlimited access to me by email or video conference during the work week. I’ll respond within 24 hours during the workweek. We can review things like:
Product roadmaps
Marketing and sales campaigns
New web copy
New partnerships or joint marketing efforts
I’ll serve as a gut-check to help keep the company focused on the target market segment we’ve identified as best fit and ensure the product roadmap and marketing and sales efforts reinforce the positioning.
I’m only able to work with three companies at a time on an advisory retainer, and they are only available to startups who have gone through a positioning workshop and worked with me on a new strategic narrative.
The investment for the positioning workshop, strategic narrative and the first three months of an advisory retainer is $80,000. The advisory retainer can be extended after the initial three months for $20,000 per quarter.
