Under the Hood of Developer Marketing

I recently was a guest on the Under the Hood of Developer Marketing podcast to talk about positioning and why it matters when you’re selling products to developers (and other humans, too). I touched on how positioning for devtools is different from other B2B software products, and how it is the same. I talked a lot about one of my favorite topics, assumptions.
