What's your project/product framework?

Do you have a clear idea of what your project is, what your product is, and how they differ?

You can all this a framework; you could also call it your project and product’s positioning. The point is, you need to know what outcome people get from the project and what the project is, and you need to know what outcome people get from your product and what the product is. The two can not be the same.
