Quick bit about why I’m doing this: As much as we are all about remote work / remote collaboration, I believe in the power of in person relationships and conversations. Building a community of open source founders and other interested in open source companies, both on-line and in person, is a part of my long-term vision — and I think it’s something that’s needed, especially because there are challenges that open source founders (and operators at open source companies) encounter that are unique to open source companies.

Also, I just like meeting people in person.
